Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using BudgetFlow. By purchasing, accessing, or using BudgetFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BudgetFlow.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Marketing MInds, the owner of BudgeFlow, ABN 44 663 441 695 (“I”, “me”, or “my”), the provider of BudgetFlow. Throughout these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to you, the user.
BudgetFlow is a personal budgeting application provided as a web app, accessible at budgetflow.au and able to be installed to your device as a progressive web app (PWA). It allows you to record income and expenses, set budgets and savings goals, track recurring transactions, and view summaries of the information you enter.
BudgetFlow does not connect to your bank accounts. You enter your own financial information manually.
BudgetFlow is a tool to help you organise and track information that you enter yourself. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the app should be relied on as such.
Any figures, forecasts, projections, or predictions shown in BudgetFlow, including the savings predictor, are estimates based only on the information you enter and simple calculations. They are not guarantees of any financial outcome. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should seek advice from a qualified professional before making any financial decision.
To use BudgetFlow you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Access to BudgetFlow requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or your access with anyone else. Access is granted for your personal use only.
If I believe an account is being shared, misused, or accessed by someone who has not paid for access, I may suspend or cancel that access.
When you purchase BudgetFlow, I grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the app in accordance with the plan you purchased.
“Lifetime” access means access to the current version of BudgetFlow for as long as the service continues to be offered. It does not mean a guarantee that the service, its features, or its hosting will be provided indefinitely, and it does not include any separate future product that may be offered as a distinct purchase.
Where you purchase a subscription plan (for example monthly or yearly), your access continues for the period paid for and while your subscription remains active.
You must not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share BudgetFlow or your access to it.
Prices are shown on the website and are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. I do not store your full card details.
Any promotional or launch pricing is available only for the period stated.
I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with BudgetFlow, contact me within 14 days of your purchase and I will provide a full refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under that law, that entitlement applies in addition to the guarantee described above.
You own the information you enter into BudgetFlow. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
BudgetFlow stores your data and syncs it across your devices using secure third-party infrastructure. While reasonable care is taken to keep your data available and secure, I do not warrant that data will never be lost, and I recommend you keep your own backups. BudgetFlow includes an export feature that allows you to download a copy of your data at any time, and you should use it regularly.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss of data.
Your use of BudgetFlow is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and stored. By using BudgetFlow you consent to the handling of your information as described in that policy.
BudgetFlow does not request or store your bank login credentials.
You agree to use BudgetFlow only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:
I aim to keep BudgetFlow available and working, but I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, or matters outside my control, including third-party services.
I may update, change, add, or remove features from time to time. Updates to the current version are included at no extra charge.
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. You can contact me using the details at the end of these Terms.
BudgetFlow relies on third-party services for hosting, data storage, syncing, and payment processing. I am not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of those third parties, although I take reasonable care in choosing them.
BudgetFlow, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by me and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Your purchase grants access and a licence to use the app, not ownership of it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and I make no warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, my total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with BudgetFlow is limited to the amount you paid for your access. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, savings, or data.
You acknowledge that BudgetFlow is a budgeting tool only, and that any financial decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
I may suspend or cancel your access if you breach these Terms, share or misuse your access, or fail to pay any amount due for a subscription plan.
You may stop using BudgetFlow at any time. Where you have purchased a subscription, cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period, except as required by law or the guarantee in section 5.
I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the website, with the “last updated” date shown at the top. Continued use of BudgetFlow after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and I submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
